BARC Data Culture Survey 22 – How To Shape The Culture of a Data-Driven Organization

Data culture and its manifestation in the day-to-day running of the business can make or all too often break any carefully crafted strategies. So, understanding what data culture means within each organization is critical to its success. Due to steadily growing interest in the topic, we conducted this survey to better understand the flavors of data culture within organizations. 

This study explores the following questions

  • What hurdles are companies facing when trying to implement a data culture?
  • What data culture initiatives are perceived as successful?
  • Which benefits of a data culture have companies already achieved?

The sample and related content

The study is based on a worldwide online survey of 434 companies of varying sizes across a range of industries.
