All relevant vendors at a glance

The Planning Software User Review Matrix (see Figure 1) serves as a reliable guide for prospective buyers. It gives an interactive overview of how customers rate individual solutions and vendors in four categories: “Business Value”, “User Experience”, “Customer Satisfaction” and “Competitiveness”. Solutions are divided into six peer groups, which are defined according to flexibility and specialization as well as geography. For each peer group, the matrix shows at a glance all relevant vendors, their weighting in each category and their positioning in relation to one another.

Individual interactive analysis

With the interactive online tool, the Planning Survey Analyzer (see Figure 2), users can perform individual analyses of customer feedback from The Planning Survey 17. The free basic version allows users to filter data by region, industry, comparison group, company size and more. With the premium version, users can also create a customized shortlist of products and compare them based on 22 criteria (KPIs). These KPIs include “Business Benefits”, “Customer Satisfaction”, “Ease of Use”, “Flexibility”, “Project Success” and “Recommendation”.
